Memories of summer Snow is on the ground for good! Open water fishing has ended for another year. It’s time to think back and ponder on all those fabulous outings of 2016. Yes, it was a good fishing season. The weather was nice, the fish were biting. What more could you ask? Equipment wise, for me, 2016 was a year of transition between using my trusted Cumara rods and the new Zodias and E6X rods. All I can say is that the new rods performed flawlessly and gave me the performance… and the pleasure that can be expected from using a Shimano or G. Loomis product. Now, I’ve got to convince my grandson to give up his Spiderman outfit and start using a Zodias.
